Then come to this informative nutrition label session, presented by Deb Guenterberg, MS,RD, CD. Deb will have many labels to look at and discuss or, better yet, bring some of your own labels that you have questions about. Do you have high blood pressure or cholesterol? Do you need to look at labels for diabetes? These questions and more will also be addressed. |
