Childbirth Readiness/Baby Care- One Day Class
This one day "express" class is recommended for expecting parents in the seventh and eighth months of pregnancy. The class will help prepare you for the labor/delivery journey as well as focusing on postpartum and baby care of their newborn.

Expecting mothers are asked to wear comfortable clothing, and to bring their coach and pillow to class.
There will be a built in lunch break and participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
Living Well with Chronic Conditions Class
Living Well with Chronic Conditions (the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program) is a 6-week workshop. It teaches real-life skills for living a full, healthy life with a chronic condition such as: cancer,diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain and anxiety.
Classes are fun and interactive. Participants share their successes and build a common source of support. The workshop builds confidence around managing health, staying active and enjoying life!Mammogram Screening

Mature Driving Class
Students learn defensive driving techniques, new traffic laws, and rules of the road. They find out how to safely adjust their driving to compensate for normal age-related changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time. There are no written tests or behind-the-wheel training. Fee: $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. Checks payable to AARP. Participants must bring their drivers license and AARP membership card to the class.
Multisport Helmets
80% of bicycle-related head injuries can be prevented with properly fitted bicycle helmets. Multisport helmets provide extra protection for scooter and rollerblade enthusiasts, too. Sizes for toddlers through adults. All helmets are properly fitted to the wearer. Fee: $15.

Do you find yourself looking at food labels at the grocery store, at home or before you open a snack? Do you know what it all means? Do you find yourself getting frustrated? Then come to this informative nutrition label session, presented by Deb Guenterberg, MS,RD, CD. Deb will have many labels to look at and discuss or, better yet, bring some of your own labels that you have questions about. Do you have high blood pressure or cholesterol? Do you need to look at labels for diabetes? These questions and more will also be addressed.
