Financial contributions are vital to the healing ministry of St. Nicholas Hospital. The establishment of the Friends of St. Nicholas Hospital safeguards the mission of the Hospital and carries forward the values and traditions of the Hospital Sisters for future generations.
Reaching out to meet the needs of our community has been a concern of St. Nicholas Hospital for more than 100 years. For example, although some patients have financial means to pay for their treatment costs, many do not, and donations to Friends helps the Hospital meet the cost of charity care. Contributions are also used to purchase much-needed equipment, support programs and services for patients and their families and provide healthcare-related academic scholarships.
You can become a Friend of St. Nicholas by supporting the Hospital. Cash contributions are welcome at any time; memorial and commemorative gifts are encouraged. Bequests and other planned giving arrangements are also available.
