FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE St. Nicholas Hospital Emergency Department Honored with the PRC 5-Star Patient Perception Award for Overall Quality of Care Sheboygan, Wis. — The St. Nicholas Hospital Emergency Department earned the 2010 Professional Research Consultants (PRC) Excellence in Healthcare 5-Star Patient Perception Award for excellent overall quality of care. "This award recognizes the high quality of care that our Emergency Department staff and physicians provide to patients,"said Andrew J. Bagnall, FACHE, President and Chief Executive Officer. The award is based on patient perception survey results. This designation is given annually to healthcare facilities, providers, outpatient service lines, or inpatient units that score in the top ten percent of PRC's national client database for the prior calendar year. This award is based on the percentage of patients who rate the Emergency Department at St. Nicholas Hospital "Excellent" for the Overall Quality of Care question.CONTACT: Xue Yang
