Barbara Hamann Promoted to Manager of People Services at St. Nicholas Hospital

Sheboygan, Wis.—Barbara Hamann, PHR, has been promoted to Manager of People Services at St. Nicholas Hospital.

Hamann will oversee the benefits component of People Services for HSHS Division-Eastern Wisconsin which includes St. Nicholas Hospital and its two sister hospitals in Green Bay—St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center and St. Vincent Hospital. Hamann will also be responsible for colleague relations and recruitment activities for St. Nicholas Hospital and the day to day operations of the department.  

Hamann started working at St. Nicholas Hospital in 1997 as a Human Resources Representative focused on recruitment but served also in a generalist role with benefits, compensation, and colleague relations.

Hamann earned her bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also holds a professional in human resources certification.
