Prevea Welcomes Urologists in Sheboygan
Sheboygan -- Gregory Grose, MD, Jeffrey Welsch, MD, and the staff at Sheboygan Urology Specialists have joined Prevea Health, a physician-owned multispecialty health care organization based in Green Bay.
Prevea Sheboygan Urology is affiliated with St. Nicholas Hospital and is the second group in Sheboygan to join Prevea, following Sheboygan Women's Health. Prevea also recently added endocrinology services at St. Nicholas.
Christopher Graf, MD, founded Sheboygan Urology
Specialists on North Eighth Street more than 30 years ago, and in 1984 he was joined by Timothy Kurten, MD, who passed away in December 2000. In 1998, Dr. Graf retired and Dr. Grose joined the practice. Dr. Welsch joined Dr. Grose in 2002, and the physicians relocated to their current location that same year.
Drs. Grose and Welsch are board-certified urologists, and they continue to accept new patients at 1414 N. Taylor Drive, Sheboygan. Their telephone numbers remain the same: (920) 457-4858 in Sheboygan, and (920) 893-4322 in Plymouth (Dr. Grose only).
Founded in 1996, Prevea Health partners with St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center and St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay to provide access to more than 200 providers in about 50 specialty areas. St. Mary's and St. Vincent Hospitals are part of the Hospital Sisters Health System, which also includes St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. Prevea's 18 health centers are located throughout metropolitan Green Bay and in Marinette, Oconto, Plymouth , Pulaski, Seymour , Sheboygan and Sturgeon Bay .
