Denise Reitmeyer Joins St. Nicholas Hospital as Director of Medical Records

Sheboygan, Wis. --St. Nicholas Hospital welcomes Denise A.H. Reitmeyer, RHIA, CPC, as the new Director of Medical Records & Privacy Officer.

As the Director of Medical Records & Privacy Officer, Reitmeyer is in charge of coding, transcription, tumor registry, record completion, record scanning and hospital-wide privacy compliance.

Reitmeyer, originally from the Manitowoc area, moved to Sheboygan from Littleton, Colorado. She brings 25 years of experience in medical records. Prior to coming to St. Nicholas Hospital, Reitmeyer worked at New West Physicians in Golden, Colorado as an EMR Coordinator and Practice Manager.

Reitmeyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is working on her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis/Carlson School of Management.
