Partners of St. Nicholas Hospital Offer Five $1,000 Scholarships to Area High School Students

Sheboygan, Wis. --The Partners of St. Nicholas Hospital Scholarship have established five $1,000 scholarships to provide financial assistance to worthy Sheboygan County high school seniors who will be pursuing careers in a healthcare field at a four-year university, college, or nursing school.

The scholarships are a one-time award.

To qualify, candidates should rank in the top fifty percent of their class, possess the potential to do successful work in the healthcare field of their choice, and have a financial need.

Completed application packets must be received by Monday, April 6, 2009 and should be mailed to, Cynthia Bertsch, Director of Fund Development and Advocacy, St. Nicholas Hospital, 3100 Superior Avenue, Sheboygan , WI   53081

Scholarship recipients will be determined by a selection committee in late April. Guidance counselors will be notified by phone; winners will be announced at their respective awards ceremonies.
