Skinner Named Division Director for the HSHS Division-Eastern Wisconsin
Sheboygan, Wis. Sean Skinner has been named Director, Performance Improvement, for the HSHS Division Eastern Wisconsin. The Division comprises St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center, St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay and St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.
Skinner will serve all three hospitals. In his new position, Skinner will develop and lead a team of Performance Improvement Facilitators. He will also develop and implement LEAN performance improvement initiatives at all levels of the organization.
Skinner comes to the HSHS Division from Menasha Corporation where he was the Lean and Quality Manager. Prior to that he was a Facilitator and Manager at Theda Clark Medical Center/Appleton Medical Center where he lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
