Tanya Smith Named St. Nicholas Hospital Home Health and Hospice Director

Sheboygan, Wis. --St. Nicholas Hospital is proud to announce that Tanya Smith, RN, CHPN, has accepted the position of Director, Home Health and Hospice Department.

Smith will be in charge of the Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, and Lifeline programs at the Hospital.

She began her career at St. Nicholas Hospital as the Coordinator of the Hospice program in 2007. Prior to coming to St. Nicholas Hospital, Tanya was employed as a visiting nurse for nine years caring for patients in both home care and hospice.
