Visitors

It is not easy having a relative or friend in the Hospital. However, visitors play an important part in a patient's healing process. Your visit helps by making the time seem to pass more rapidly for the patient and by taking his or her thoughts off their illness. If you are unable to visit, you can call a patient toll free at 1-800-472-6710. If you are calling a patient from outside of Southeast Wisconsin dial 920-459-8300.

Guidelines
Please respect “No Visitor” and “Check at the Nurse's Station before Visiting” signs when they are posted. If you have any questions, ask a staff member at the Nurse's Station. The length of your visit should be determined by how the patient is feeling.

If you have a cold, flu symptoms, are not feeling well, or have recently been exposed to a communicable disease, it is better to call the patient rather than visit. If you feel that it is necessary to visit the patient, stop at the Admitting Desk and request a mask which must be worn at all times while you are in the Hospital.
