Free Stroke Screening

Many people think strokes are just something that Grandpa experiences in his later years. But a stroke can happen to anyone at any age – men and women of all ages and all races.

The good news is that up to 80 percent of strokes are preventable. All that’s required is a desire to take control and learn about – and manage – risk factors. At this free screening, participants will meet with a Stroke Center registered nurse who will:
  • Check blood pressure and pulse
  • Review stroke risk history
  • Provide stroke education to help control your personal risk-factors for stroke
Take control. Call (920) 457-3737 to schedule your FREE screening.
