These are extraordinary times. It is important to remember that we face this challenge together--as a community, a nation and a world. In the coming weeks, we will witness extraordinary actions. We will see the very best in people, over and above human weakness and frailty. Together, we will get through this.

You can help us stay ahead of this pandemic. We have established a crisis response fund to serve those in need during this historic crisis. If you ever hoped to make an immediate impact, this is the time.

Reaching out to meet the needs of our community has been a concern of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital for 125 years. For example, although some patients have financial means to cover their treatment costs, many do not, and donations to the Foundation help the Hospital meet the cost of community care. Contributions are also used to purchase life-saving equipment, support programs and services for patients and their families, and provide healthcare-related academic scholarships for our colleagues.
