HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is accepting broken and/or unwanted Christmas lights now through Jan. 26, 2018.

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital recognizes caregivers everywhere during National Family Caregivers Month. According to National Alliances for Caregiving and AARP, 31-percent of caregivers need or want more help. 

Area residents will have the opportunity to donate unwanted medical equipment and medications from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 28, at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital.

With Halloween and trick-or-treating right around the corner, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital and Prevea Health encourage everyone to make the health and safety of their family a priority.

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital will celebrate Pastoral Care Week Oct. 22-28, in honor of those who serve in various ministries and provide spiritual healing to others in need.

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital and Prevea Health are pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Garces, MD, as medical director of breast health services.

Fall brings a cooler climate, warm sweaters, and rich, hearty produce. It’s the perfect time for a family outing to your local farmer’s market or nearby apple orchard. HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital and its partner, Prevea Health, recommend ten fruits and vegetables that everyone should keep in their kitchen this fall.

A Walk to Remember, a pregnancy and infant loss awareness walk hosted by Share of Northeast Wisconsin, will take place 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.

As a new school year approaches, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital and its partner, Prevea Health, encourage everyone to make the health and safety of their family a priority. Every parent wants their child to have a successful year, and taking time to consider their needs for health and safety can help them start the year off right. 

Tickets are now available for A Taste of Fall on Thursday, Sept. 14, at Breaking Bread in Sheboygan. The annual event is hosted by the Partners of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, with proceeds benefitting cancer services and patients at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital Regional Cancer Center.
