Free Stroke Screenings

A stroke can happen to anyone at any age – men and women of all ages and races. The good news is, up to 80 percent of strokes are preventable.

On Friday, June 22, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital and Prevea Health will offer free stroke screenings at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital. Participants will meet with a registered nurse who will check their blood pressure and pulse, review their stroke history and provide education to help control personal risk factors for stroke.
