St. Nicholas Hospital Services > Community Outreach Services

Friends Outreach offers a variety of health services that include holding health education sessions and screenings, promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles, raising awareness in the community on the issue of domestic violence, and broadening programs that help undeserved and minority individuals and families. Friends Outreach collaborates with numerous community organizations including the Hmong Mutual Assistance Association, Hispanic/Latino Task Force, Dental Access Committee, Domestic Violence Education for Faith Leaders Committee, the Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Committee, and the Sheboygan County Tobacco Free Coalition.

The Hope After Loss Organization (HALO) is also another function of Friends Outreach.

The Friends of St. Nicholas Hospital has provided Friends Outreach with financial support since its inception in 2001.
